Final List of Bigg Boss 7 Contestant Revelead
The seventh season of the controversial show is finally on air and the 15 people who will be locked inside the house have been revealed.
There are some names which matched our speculated contestant list while some truly surprised us. So who are these 15 contestants who have been locked up in the mad cap house this year, you ask? Read on…
Tanisha Mukherjee: The younger sister of Kajol, who had an unsuccessful career in Bollywood is giving showbiz yet another chance by entering the house. As we had reported earlier, Tanisha’s mother Tanuja, sister Kajol and brother-in-law Ajay Devgn are said to be upset with her decision to enter the show.
VJ Andy: Channel V’s VJ Andy who was last seen on Life OK’s cookery reality show Welcome – Baazi Mehmaan Nawaazi Ki is said to have been brought into the show to create some drama inside the house with his antics. We think that with Andy’s presence on the show, the viewers will not feel the absence of the controversial figure Imam Siddique.
Pratyusha Bannerjee: She shot to fame after she played the role of Anandi in the hit daily soap Balika Vadhu. Due to some personal reasons, Pratyusha quit the show which obviously created a lot of controversy. Also she recently filed an FIR against her on-off boyfriend Makrand Malhotra.
Gauhar Khan: This pretty lass got noticed with her dance moves in the song Jhalla Walla from the movie Ishaqzaade and her brilliant performance in Rocket Singh. She also had a reality show titled Khan Sisters on UTV Bindaas with her sister Nigaar Khan.
Apurva and Shilpa Agnihotri: The star couple had disappeared from the tube for a very long time but now they are back. The couple was in the limelight in the recent past after being caught at a rave party. It seems the channel was initially considering only Shilpa as a contestant on the show, but its the wifey who suggested hubby Apoorva’s name – guess the makers just couldn’t refuse such a wonderful opportunity.
Kamya Punjabi: She is one of the most popular vamps on television. Kamya recently quit Life OK’s Do Dil Ek Jaan, to participate in Bigg Boss. Apparently, Kamya has been facing some problems in her married life for quite sometime now.
Hazel Keech: She shared screen space with the host, Salman Khan in Bodyguard. So her name doesn’t come as a surprise to us. Sallu is said to have recommended his favourites in the earlier seasons of the show too.
Rajat Rawail: Another Salman buddy, Rajat has produced Salman’s film Ready and had also shared screen space with him in Bodygaurd.
Ratan Rajput: The popular actor shot to fame with her daily soap Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. Ratan is no stranger to the reality shows as we’ve seen her before on Imagine TV’s Swayamvar Season 3 where she chose her life partner, got engaged, but didn’t marry.
Kushal Tandon – This is a big break for Kushal after his hit soap Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. The actor was also seen in Nach Baliye 5 with his girlfriend Elena Boev. Rumours are that the couple has split, and if the dishy dude is really single, we can surely hope for some steamy romance in the house, no?
Elli Evram: She is a newbie in Bollywood straight from Sweden. Looks like the pretty lady is using BB7 as her stepping ladder before her film Mickey Virus, opposite Manish Paul hits the screens. Smart move!
Sangram Singh: Payal Rohatgi’s live in boyfriend Sangram is not new to the world of reality shows. We have seen the body builder in Bigg Toss, Survivor India, and Sach Ka Saamna before. The Haryanavi jatt will surely entertain the other housemates and the audiences with his lingo.
Armaan Kohli: You will remember him the moment we mention the star-studded film Jaani Dushman – Ek Anokhi Kahaaani. After an unsuccessful run in Bollywood, the actor is all set to begin his second innings with BB7.
Anita Advani: She came into the limelight after the death of Bollywood’s first superstar Rajesh Khanna. She claimed that she was in a live-in relationship with the star. Guess we will be hearing more about it in the house.
